(20) The team arrived at the at the banks of the Yellow River. There were two boats docked on the shore. One was a small boat fully loaded with medicines and medical equipment; the other was a larger boat intended for Bethune. Suddenly, a wave hit, causing the boat carrying the medicines to sway slightly, and a medicine box toppled over.
